fpinsoles.com has been hijacked from the brand owners by a massive fraud ring operating out of NJ. There are numerous current victims including brands, factories, marketing agencies, influencers and logistics companies with theft in the multi millions and crmes including fraud, extortion and identity theft.

The NJ AG needs to take action immediately.

Current Situation:

  • FPINSOLES.COM  has been hijacked and is selling stolen inventory
  • No athletes or employees will be paid if you order from this site and the money goes to the defrauders.
  • Many of the products are defective that didn’t pass quality control or are likely fake and there is no return policy.
  • They hijackers are currently posing as FP brand founders using the stolen fpinsoles.com emails to commit identity theft.
  • The company and party responsible is Inventel/Yasir Abdul
  • We discovered a massive fraud ring with many victims and we are currently being threatened and extorted not to talk.
  • Instead of caving to their extortion and threats no to talk we contactd the other brands they were supposedly licening and found that every single one of them claimed to be in the same situation and from there we unraveled a massive scheme affecting brands, influencers, factories, logistics comapnies and marketing agencies with millions of dollars being stolen.

How FPInsoles.com was hijacked by Yasir Abdul and Inventel

  • Footprint was approached by “Agent” Tony Kerry of Lanyto.com who asked if we’d like our amazing product sold in Walmart and other mainstream retail stores. He then became our “Agent” promising to secure a selling group who could fund and sell to these stores.
  • Rather than pitching FP to many investors as promised, Kerry only presented Yasir Abdul/ Inventel.tv and claimed he was a billionare product guru.
  • Yasir Abdul also claimed to be a billionare who had started many household name products and wanted to help FP grow. Luckily for us we recorded all his phone calls where he committed these frauds.
  • After recieving access to FP’s web domains and socials, Yasir Abdul/ Inventel removed FP brand founders from fpinsoles.com / domain registrar, shopify and social media.
  • A third party warehouse in Pacoma California introduced to FP by Abdul would not return FP’s inventory and instead turned it over to Abdul.
  • Since December 2023 FP brand founders, team riders and factory have not been paid while Abdul/Inventel contiues to sell on fpinsoles.com and keep the revenue.
  • Abdul began extorting the FP brand founders with threats of lawsuits and other actions if they spoke out about the fraud.
  • Instead of buckling, FP reached out to the other brand founders that Yasir Abdul was supposedly licensing or “investing” in their brands. To FP’s amazement, 100% of people contacted all said Yasir Abdul stole their brands and inventory and all but one were brought in by Tony Kerry under the same circumstances.
  • FP discovered that Yasir Abdul was not a billionaire and he was never involved in any of the famous brands/products he had claimed to have built and sold. It was all a scam. He fired his ex attorney when she wasn’t willing to go along wth the fraud. She sued him and explained what he was up to.
  • FP then found that its “agent” Tony Kerry was actually working alongside Yasir Abdul from the beginning, to engage in the fraud.
  • In addition to the many brand owners who claim to be defrauded, many factories, marketing agencies and logistics companies all claim to be victims as well.

Michelle Bong of Lash artisan was almost a victim but we were able to contact her first and warn her. She said that Tony Kerry ran the same scam on 9 other people alongside her and two of them had unfortunately already had their assets defrauded from them by this scheme and were also having similar curcumstances.
